At least from my experience in the corporate environment, I do not think we can ever remind ourselves too many times to pause and approach ourselves with curiosity rather than judgement. While seemingly simple, it is so powerful - and yet can feel like the antithesis of the tide in this world. Thanks Jess for reminding us that small moments of awareness can have a tremendous impact in how we lead and connect!

Love this - thanks Jess! Also, was just talking about that book yesterday with a coworker and am planning to read it soon.

Coincidental! I started it this week, and it inspired this newsletter--can't wait to chat about it!

One thing I’ve noticed in the past month is that my reactions towards others recently is due to excessive work hours. I need to put more time and energy into filling my own cup so that I am able to serve others. I have also noticed a change in my son’s mood when I step away from work and pour into his cup. I can’t wait for future newsletters! Thank you for sharing!

One thing I noticed about my leadership this month is small acts of gratitude go a very long way in building relationships. So often we feel like we need to be making these huge gestures and recognize people on a large scale but simply thanking someone for the small things has gone a massive way for me recently! So in that spirit, thank you Jess for starting this news letter! I’m very excited to see what you have in store for us!
